From the grape to the wine

From the grape to the wine

Discover the origins of wine by exploring different grape varieties and how their characteristics transform into aromas and flavors in the glass.

Before it becomes wine, the grape already holds a story—a wealth of aromas, textures, and flavors that deserve to be discovered. We invite you to take part in a unique experience: a grape tasting, where you’ll learn to look at, smell, touch, and taste the fruit that gives rise to wine.

Did you know that each grape variety has a different sensory profile? And that the balance between sugar, acidity, and tannins is determined long before the grapes reach the winery?

In this activity, you’ll learn to:

  • Recognize the grapes’ ripeness through sight, touch, and taste;
  • Understand how soil, climate, and viticulture influence their characteristics;
  • Relate the grape’s properties to the style of wine it will produce.

The tour begins at the foot of the vineyard, where we’ll discover the origin of our wines… Next, we’ll take a tour of our winery and continue learning about the winemaking process…

We’ll conclude in our tasting room, where we’ll hold a tasting that’s only possible during harvest season. You’ll put your senses of sight, smell, and taste to the test through a tasting of different grape varieties and wines made from them, with the goal of identifying the fruit’s flavors in the wine…

This tour is designed for wine tourists who want to deepen their knowledge of the different grape varieties while enjoying our wines.
